QFOR - The quality certificate

Customer satisfaction is the top priority at Berlitz.

QFor is the quality label developed especially for the training and advice market.

Why QFor recognition?
QFor recognition means that more than 80% of professional clients - purchasers of training or of advice - are satisfied with the quality of the training courses and the counselling services given by the training or advising organization.
QFor puts quality-control data about an organization for training or advising at the disposal of the market. Besides this, the QFor audit allows training and advising organizations to work toward improving the quality of their services. Thanks to QFor certification, the organizations can complete their applications for recognition for Walloon and Flemish training cheques or for Flemish advising cheques.

Procedure
The method for the quality control audit of the services of a training or advising organization is supported by the following methods:

  • a detailed questionnaire;
  • a satisfaction survey by telephone with the clients;
  • an audit tour in the organization's premises.

If 80% of the clients interviewed express a high degree of satisfaction on the subject of the different stages of the training or advising project (among others the preparatory phase, the execution and the follow-up) and if at the same time the organization meets the criteria of continuity and meticulousness, it will obtain QFor certification for a period of three years.

Characteristics
The QFor audit method gives a clear view of the quality of the services, the professionalism and the seriousness of the training or advising organization. The principal elements of the QFor audit method are connected with customer satisfaction and the specific features of the organization.
The application of the QFor method is accessible to any training or advising organization, and necessitates a limited investment of time on the part of the organization. Professional purchasers recognize the QFor audit method as a quality control method, and for them it represents a guarantee of the quality of the services provided.

Advantages
The QFor audit method meets the expectations of company managers. The recognition reflects the fact that in the recent past the training or advising organization has provided services to the satisfaction of at least 80% of its clients. The audit method also gives the organization a clear view of the quality of its services and makes it possible to improve any weak points discovered during the audit.
The training and advising organizations recognized by QFor are covered in the list of audited organizations at the Internet site http://www.maninfo.be/qfor/qfor-organisations.php?lclstart=50 and are covered in a differentiated way in the database called Formbase.
The QFor training organizations audited are published in the training directories Formbook and FormbookPlus during the period of validity.
QFor recognition strengthens the image of quality with regard to the existing clients. The organization that has undergone QFor auditing can be approved as a training operator within the framework of training cheques of the Walloon Region or the Flemish Region, and for advising cheques in the Flemish Region.
