With over 550 language centers in 70 countries, Berlitz is one of the leading global language training providers. We are now looking for a new team member for our Reception in Berlitz Antwerpen.

Your main reasonability is customer service for private and corporate clients as well as internal and external clients. It is a challenging position with possibilities for personal and professional development. Through an intensive and in-depth training you will get knowledge about Berlitz language programs, products and services. There are good development possibilities for the right person.

Your profile:

We would like to see that you have previous experience from customer service or administration and that you are enthusiastic about positive customer relationships. You like to be in an international environment and have excellent language skills in Dutch, French and English. As the job entails a lot of social contact it is important that you have very good communication skills and sense for team-work. The work in the Reception means that several things happen at the same time that require your attention. It is important that you can plan your work and handle deadlines at the same time. You are an experienced computer user and master Office, usage of databases, CRM-tools and search functions. You have experience of using the phone as one of your main work tools. We focus a lot on your personal qualities. It is important that you are driven, meticulous, can work independently and complete your projects.

Your main job tasks:

  • Strategic scheduling 
  • Handling inquiries and bookings 
  • Ongoing contact with clients for schedule follow-up 
  • Give information about our training solutions and services 
  • Invoicing 
  • Customer services for our customers and language instructors 
  • Participate and actively contribute to the work and quality improvement 
  • Other administrative tasks 

We appreciate good organizational capacity, quick handling, flexibility and reliability.

Monday 10:30 – 18:45

Tuesday 09:45 – 18:00

Wednesday 10:30 – 18:45

Thursday 09:45 – 18:00

Friday 09:45 – 18:00

Saturday (1/3) 08:45 – 12:45
