for our reception in Berlitz Brussels.

international environment. Your main reasonability is customer service for

private and corporate clients as well as internal and external clients.

Your profile:

We would like to see that you have some previous experience from customer service

or administration and that you are enthusiastic about positive customer

relationships. You like to be in an international environment and have excellent

language skills in Dutch, French and English. As the job entails a lot of social

contact it is important that you have very good communication skills and sense

for team-work.


The work in the reception means that several things happen at the same time

that require your attention. It is important that you can plan your work and

handle deadlines at the same time.

You are an experienced computer user and master Office, usage of databases,

CRM-tools and search functions. You have experience of using the phone as

one of your main work tools.


We focus a lot on your personal qualities. It is important that you are driven,

meticulous, can work independently and complete your projects.


Your main job tasks:

  • Strategic scheduling
  • Handling inquiries and bookings
  • Ongoing contact with clients for schedule follow-up
  • Give information about our training solutions and services
  • Invoicing
  • Customer services for our customers and language instructors
  • Participate and actively contribute to the work and quality improvement
  • Other administrative tasks


We appreciate good organizational capacity, quick handling, flexibility and reliability.

Timetable : from Monday to Friday from 2.45 p.m. - till 7.45 p.m. +  2 Saturdays per month from 8.45 a.m. till 12.15 p.m.
